Madoverse Spark operates primarily on a B2B model for its Growth, Software, and Operations domains. Refunds and dispute resolutions for custom engineering, consulting, or marketing contracts are governed strictly by the milestones and terms defined in the individual Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed prior to project commencement.

2. MOWFAQ | موفق Platform (Separate Product Ecosystem)

MOWFAQ | موفق is the flagship product built and owned by Madoverse Spark. It operates as a dedicated platform with its own web, mobile, and service experience. When MOWFAQ | موفق payment flows are activated, refund eligibility will be governed by its own platform terms and provider cancellation policies — not this page. Madoverse Spark's role is as the owning entity, not the direct payment processor.

3. Dispute Readiness

We maintain documented records for applicable signed agreements, agreed payment records, deliverables, and support communications to assist transparent dispute handling where relevant.

4. How to Request a Refund or File a Dispute

For B2B domain engagement disputes, contact our financial operations team via our Support Center. Include your contract reference or transaction ID.
