This corporate policy applies to Madoverse Spark service engagements unless a signed proposal, Statement of Work, Master Services Agreement or other written agreement defines different terms. Product-specific transactions are governed by the relevant product policy.
1. Corporate service engagements
Project fees, deposits, milestones, cancellation rights, accepted work, non-refundable third-party costs and any refund calculation should be defined in the applicable written engagement. The written engagement takes priority over this general page.
2. Work already performed
Where cancellation occurs after work has started, completed or committed work and approved third-party costs may remain payable according to the applicable agreement. Any refundable balance is determined from the actual engagement terms and payment record.
3. Product-specific transactions
MOWFAQ | موفق and other products may maintain separate refund, cancellation or marketplace rules. Those product-specific rules apply to transactions occurring on that product rather than this corporate website.
4. Requesting a review
For a corporate billing or cancellation question, contact us with the relevant engagement reference and payment context. Do not send full payment-card information by email or through the website form.
